Come Join the Boston Logan Airport Team. Part-Time Rental Sales Agent overnight shift (10pm 6am- 11pm -7am ) The hourly rate $19.20/hr. Plus a monthly bonus.

Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Rental Sales Agent in Boston! We're seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to create exceptional rental experiences for our diverse clientele. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your sales talent while ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction.

• Provide outstanding face-to-face customer service to both national and international clients
• Maximize sales opportunities by advising customers on our premium vehicle fleet, protection options, and additional services
• Create the best rental experience for every customer, focusing on their unique needs and preferences
• Manage and maintain our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are ready for customer use
• Assist with driving and valeting cars when required
• Work flexibly across various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Contribute to achieving team sales goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service, sales, or the tourism industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Natural sales talent with a motivation to exceed targets
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to create positive customer experiences
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Valid driver's license with at least 12 months of driving experience
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software systems quickly
• Time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the rental car industry is a plus
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Enthusiasm for automobiles and the ability to learn about different vehicle models and features
