Are you a dynamic individual with a passion for sales and customer service? We're seeking an enthusiastic Rental Sales Agent to join our team in Boston, United States. In this role, you'll be the face of our company, creating exceptional rental experiences for our customers while maximizing sales opportunities.

Hourly rate $19.20

• Greet customers warmly and assess their rental needs
• Provide expert advice on our vehicle fleet and rental options
• Upsell additional services and products to enhance customer experience
• Process rental agreements and payments accurately
• Conduct vehicle inspections and explain rental terms to customers
• Manage and organize the rental fleet to ensure vehicle availability
• Resolve customer inquiries and concerns professionally
• Maintain a clean and organized rental facility
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
• Stay updated on company policies, promotions, and industry trends

Qualifications

• Proven sales talent with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the tourism industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation abilities and a goal-oriented mindset
• Service-oriented approach with a commitment to customer satisfaction
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and rental management software
• Keen attention to detail in paperwork and vehicle inspections
• Familiarity with Boston's local transportation and rental market (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
