Job Title: Rental Technician

Location: Frankenmuth, MI

Vital Tech Solutions is seeking a customer-focused individual to join our Rental team. This role offers a flexible work environment with options for career growth; the ideal candidate will have experience in the equipment rental industry but will provide training for the right candidate to become a rental technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and Repairing Rental Equipment
• Repairing customer equipment.
• Educating customers on the proper use of rental equipment
• Checking out and checking in rental equipment.
• Maintaining shop and warehouse areas.
• Assisting customers and loading products in the yard.
• Assisting on the retail sales floor as needed.
• Delivering equipment or sales products to customers.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Mechanical aptitudes and a desire to learn.
•  Experience with small engines and general repairs is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn both on the job and through company-supplied training.
• Must be a team player and work well with others.
• Must have a customer focus.
• Valid driver's license in Michigan.
