WHAT YOU WILL DO.

• Create and execute social media posts according to a monthly plan
• Manage and update the marketing calendar
• Keep our web site up to date with new products
• Help design and create marketing deliverables newsletters, business cards, tradeshow graphics
• Assist with company events
• Create PowerPoint presentations and templates
• Clean up photos and graphics using Photoshop
• Assist with informational video production
• Assist with data clean up (big projects and ongoing)
• Edit / proofread all marketing materials
• Assist with data entry projects
• Manage and deliver reporting and analytics on our marketing efforts
• Execute a variety of special projects on an ad hoc basis

ABOUT YOU.

• Associates degree in marketing, design, or business (Bachelors preferred)
• Minimum 2 years production experience in a marketing environment
• Great skills with the Adobe Creative Suite with an emphasis on In Design and Photoshop (Quark for desktop publishing is OK too)
• Exceptional skills with Excel (pivot tables, queries, etc.)
• Familiar with the whole MS Office Suite including Teams
• Strong project management skills
• Basic storytelling principles
• Experience with social media tools
• Basic understanding of web server technologies
• Proficiency with the WordPress CMS
• Experience with writing and editing copy a plus
