Responsibilities: You will be a part of a team that is building a fleet of autonomous vehicles to meet growing energy sector demand. You will be responsible for testing the robots end to end, work on developing tests, test plans, scripted automation, hardware testing, and more. You will be working on testing solutions for autonomous vehicles operating off-road in the real world. This position will report to the lead quality assurance software test engineer. This position requires office presence with very limited remote work. Minimum Qualifications: * BS degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent combination of industry-related professional experience and education * Experience with automation frameworks like Jest, Enzyme, Mocha, selenium, Puppeteer, or Playwright * Working experience in software development and/or testing * Working experience with software test tools and processes * Working experience of scripting and configuration tools * Working knowledge of development Agile lifecycle * Experience with ROS Enhanced Qualifications: * At least 4 years of industry experience * Demonstrable coding skills, especially in Python/C/C++/Javascript * Testing hardware drivers * Embedded testing * Experience with ROS and Linux * Experience building and testing frameworks, and consumer-facing applications and APIs * Experience with methodologies and practices relating to CD/CI * Working knowledge in analysis, design and programming keywords: C++, Python, Javascript, autonomous, software testing, robotics, ROS, Robot Operating System, Ubuntu Server, Linux, Autonomy, testing frameworks, Embedded, Automation, Scripting Company Description Renu Robotics, based in San Antonio, Texas, is the industry leader in autonomous vegetation management systems.
