Technical Source is currently in search of a Repair Technician for our electronic engineering and manufacturing client located here in the Apex, NC area. The qualified candidate will have experience in an electronic manufacturing environment building and testing electro-mechanical components, as well as leading and managing a team and maintaining schedule/work assignments. This is a second shift opportunity from 4pm-12am.

Responsibilities of the Repair Technician include:

• Electro-mechanical assembly functions from drawings, including soldering and wiring
• Preventative maintenance, repair, assembly, prototyping of electronic system equipment and products
• Perform computer systems testing on software, firmware, and other systems

Qualifications of the Repair Technician include:

• 3+ years’ experience as a manufacturing technician in an electronic production facility
• Experience with equipment such as Routers, Modems, PCB assemblies
• Relevant training, degree or CPT certificate in related field, or equivalent experience

Compensation for the Repair Technician includes:

• $21 to $24 per hour based on experience
