    About Us:

    Anthos|Home is a groundbreaking startup dedicated to housing vulnerable New Yorkers. We're seeking a passionate and experienced Repairs Operations Specialist to join our team and make a significant impact on the lives of those in need of stable housing.

    The Role:

    The Repairs Operations Specialist reports to the Director of Special Programs and will provide critical support to the Operations, Housing Acquisition, and Tenant Coordination Teams. They will work closely with our external support firms, government agencies, nonprofits, landlords, participants, and internal Anthos|Home team. We are looking for data enthusiasts, team-oriented, and mission-driven individuals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Communicate with landlords and vendors to monitor the progress of repairs.
    • Conduct unit inspections (ARC and HQS), assess repairs, and estimate costs and timelines.
    • Manage and track keys for all units in our portfolio.
    • Identify and onboard new vendors, with a focus on M/WBE (Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprises).
    • Maintain and update the vendor database.
    • Update Salesforce with repair data and generate reports for project teams.
    • Assist with hold and repair agreements, ensuring timely execution.
    • Collaborate with Tenant Coordination and Housing Acquisition teams on housing voucher packages and move-in inquiries.
    • Ensure accurate data management in Salesforce and other tracking systems.
    • Respond to general inquiries and assist in creating dashboards for stakeholders.
    • Provide excellent customer service and maintain confidentiality.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    Bachelor's degree preferred, and if not, candidate should have three years or more experience working in administration, operations, repairs/maintenance, or a related field.

    Additional Skills Include:

    • Strong technical skills, including advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
    • Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Comfortable with public transportation and the ability to meet physical demands, with reasonable accommodation if needed.
    • Passion for the mission and a commitment to working in a diverse environment.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Competitive starting salary: $65,000 - $70,000 salary range (dependent on experience)
    • Hybrid work environment (3-5 days in office/field per week)
    • Tuesday – Saturday schedule a possibility;
