    Job Description: The Installation Manager will be responsible for managing the office operations related to window and siding installations. This role includes supervising the Installation Coordinators, ensuring their tasks are completed effectively, and handling the day-to-day administrative and managerial responsibilities that support the installation teams. Your leadership will ensure that all aspects of the installation process are handled efficiently, customer satisfaction is achieved, and the installation projects proceed on schedule.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Supervise Installation Coordinators: Oversee the work of Installation Coordinators to ensure accurate scheduling, efficient job execution, and effective communication with customers and installation teams.

    Operational Management: Ensure that all installation jobs are moving forward as planned, addressing any issues or delays promptly.

    Decision Making: Make quick, informed decisions that balance the best interests of the customer with company goals.

    Order Management: Prepare and manage computerized orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

    Customer Service: Maintain high standards of customer service throughout all phases of the installation process, addressing customer inquiries and complaints effectively.

    CRM Utilization: Use CRM software to track project progress, input detailed notes, and analyze data to drive operational improvements.

    Team Coordination: Open the shop each morning, organize installers’ schedules, and ensure they are prepared for their tasks.

    Complaint Resolution: Assess service orders and complaints, implementing effective solutions to resolve issues.

    Qualifications:

    5 to 10 years of experience in siding or window installation management.

    Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team.

    Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

    Proficiency with CRM systems and computerized order management.

    Experience in handling customer service and resolving complaints.

    Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

    Knowledge of window and door measurements is a plus.

    Competitive compensation package ($72,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year).
