SPIN Global is a Maryland-based public benefit corporation that exists to disrupt disasters from neighborhoods to nations. We are seeking qualified applicants to build a deployment-ready cadre, prepared to support response operations as opportunities arise. Applicants must possess a FEMA Entry on Duty (EOD).
Responsibilities
- Develop, analyze, and deliver comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data.
- Ensure reports align with organizational and project-specific objectives.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and insights within data to support strategic planning.
- Present findings through clear and impactful visualizations and summaries.
- Maintain documentation and data integrity throughout the reporting process.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Requirements
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field and 10 years of experience in a relevant field; or
- Graduate-level degree or professional registration with 5 years of experience in a relevant field; or
- 15 years of experience in a relevant field in lieu of a degree.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Advanced proficiency in reporting tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey findings effectively.
- Work onsite in North Carolina.
- EOD Required.
