Job Description
The purpose of this job is to maintain and grow relationships with Parts and Service Solutions (PSS) customers and service an account portfolio.
In this role you will:
- Complete all administrative activities connected with customer account set-up and maintenance.
- Respond to customer inquiries including pricing of products and services, delivery requests, order management, and issue resolution.
- Build relationships with customers and promote PSS products and services to grow sales and increase the volume of customers’ purchases.
- Communicate with the PSS sales and management teams to make leadership aware of customer concerns and issues.
- Complete PSS warehouse activities (e.g., package and ship orders, receive and inspect inventory, products) as necessary to support timely delivery of goods.
- Prepare and deliver customer billing and respond to resulting queries. Report monthly regarding aging invoices.
