Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility /OB-GYN Physician to join our fertility clinic team. In this role, you will provide expert medical care to individuals and couples seeking fertility treatment, offering both diagnostic and therapeutic services. You will be a key player in helping our patients achieve their family-building goals through advanced reproductive technologies and personalized care.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories, physical exams, and diagnostic tests.
Diagnose and manage reproductive and infertility issues.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing the latest fertility treatments and technologies, including medications, surgeries, and Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART) such as IVF.
Perform ART procedures, including ovulation induction, egg retrievals, embryo transfers, and intrauterine inseminations (IUI).
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary to maximize success rates.
Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families throughout the treatment process.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including embryologists, nurses, and counselors, to deliver holistic care.
Stay current with advancements in reproductive medicine through continuing education and research.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Educate patients about fertility issues, treatment options, and lifestyle changes that may improve their reproductive health.
Qualifications:
Medical Doctor (MD) degree from an accredited medical school.
Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) or significant experience in reproductive medicine.
Valid medical license to practice in [insert state or country].
