We are looking for requirements analyst who will provide requirements and traceability analysis support for the mission-critical project for a Federal agency. This will involve analyzing functional concepts (business and technical concepts) across several sources of technical documentation, working with SMEs to close documentation gaps, and producing documentation that can be understood by both analysts and developers. The individual will also assist with analyzing work requests for business requested changes to the system, including providing feedback to the business on the changes and writing specifications for Java architects and developers. Individual must posses strong analytical and research skills, be able to communicate clearly verbally and in writing, and have previous development training or hands on experience.
Experience with Business requirements defination, processes, workflows
Experience with Business architect tools (System Architect etc.)
Ability to define usecases, requirements, concepts working with Users/Busness teams
Experience working in an Agile environment
