WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: The Fors Marsh Program Evaluation and Policy Analysis (PEPA) practice is seeking an experienced, intelligent, and motivated Research Analyst to contribute to evaluation projects in emergency preparedness, public safety, elections, and economic opportunity and mobility topic areas. This individual will work collaboratively with research teams, collect and analyze data, summarize findings, and support federal clients, including the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
Responsibilities include:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Public Administration, Political Science, Sociology, Statistics, or other social science field.
At least one to three years of experience contributing to research and evaluation projects.
Proficiency with at least one statistical analysis software package (e.g., STATA, R, Python, SPSS).
Experience and strong proficiency using MS Excel for data management and analysis.
Demonstration of strong verbal and written communications skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
