We are seeking a Reservation Specialist to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
Present and sell company services to new and existing customers
Prospect and contact potential customers
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Create sales material to present to customers
• Booking reservations via phone and email • Answering customer calls to assist with quotes, questions, needs, or complaints. • Answering and call drivers to assist with their trips. • Solve problems quickly • Dispatch and monitor drivers
Assist drivers when needed
Settle completed reservations
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
• Must be able to work holidays, weekend, and nights. • Ability to listen and follow directions • Ability to multi-task • Organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Type 35+ words per minute.
