    Exciting opportunity to join our team as the Reservations Agent. The Hotel Reservations Agent manages guest bookings, handles inquiries, confirms reservations, and provides information about room availability, rates, and services, ensuring a smooth and efficient reservation process. Responsibilities: • Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries from guests, travel agents, and other sources regarding reservations, availability, and hotel services. • Accurately record and process reservation requests, including guest details, dates, room types, and special requests. • Send confirmation emails or letters to guests, ensuring all details are accurate and complete. • Handle requests for modifications or cancellations to existing reservations, updating the system accordingly. • Answer guest questions about hotel amenities, services, policies, and local attractions. • Keep accurate records of all reservations, cancellations, and guest interactions. • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services, such as spa treatments, meals, or tours. • Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Qualifications: • Prior experience preferred. • Strong customer service skills. Compensation: $18 - $18.50 hourly
