Responsibilities: • Administering prescribed medications with precision and care, following the guidance of a Registered Nurse. • Promptly responding to resident requests, ensuring call lights are attended to within 10 minutes. • Assisting residents with daily activities while maintaining their dignity and respect. • Keeping the environment clean and inviting by performing light housekeeping duties. • Documenting all care provided in a thorough and accurate manner. Qualifications: • Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. • Provide assistance with resident ADLs based on the client service plan. • Administer medications as instructed by an RN. • Respond promptly to client call lights. • Perform housekeeping tasks in residents' rooms according to schedule. • Keep detailed records of all services rendered. • Will receive CBRF training if necessary. Compensation: $16 - $21 hourly
