What You’ll Be Doing
As a Resident Engineer, you’ll lead dynamic projects, coordinate with clients and teams, oversee quality assurance, and resolve challenges with precision. From managing technical staff to reviewing project documents, you’ll ensure every detail aligns with project goals and standards.

What We’re Looking For
This role requires a California-licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) with extensive experience in construction contract management, particularly in roadway and bridge projects. Familiarity with CALTRANS and federally funded projects, paired with strong leadership and communication skills, is essential.
