Location: Eugene, Oregon (Applicants must be Oregon residents, preferably in Lane County) Type: Full-Time, Live-In Compensation: $4,800–$6,000 per month

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Resident Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Adult Foster Home and provide direct care to residents. This is a live-in position, requiring a minimum of four 24-hour shifts per week. The role includes free room, board, and utilities, offering a great opportunity for those looking to reduce living expenses. Full-time, permanent residence on-site is optional but available.
Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care, mobility, and meals
Administer medications and monitor residents’ health and well-being
Supervise and support caregiving staff to maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment
Coordinate care plans, activities, and community outings
Communicate effectively with families, healthcare providers, and licensing agencies
Qualifications
Must reside in Oregon (preferably in Lane County) due to state regulations
Previous experience as an Adult Foster Home Manager or Shift Caregiver in an Adult Foster Home strongly preferred
Completion of Ensuring Quality Care (EQC) training and Adult Foster Home Orientation (or willingness to obtain)
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
