    The Neighborhood Developers

    Summary:

The Neighborhood Developers (TND) is hiring a full time, hybrid Resident Services Coordinator to support the residents who live in the affordable homes we provide. Do you believe everyone deserves a quality, affordable home? Do you like helping others access the services they need? Are you interested in supporting the leadership of residents? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then this position could be for you!

    Overview:

TND is a non-profit community development organization with a mission to create strong neighborhoods enabling community members to secure a stable home, achieve economic mobility, and determine their own future. We build affordable homes, support households to achieve greater financial mobility, and organize community leaders on issues related to neighborhood conditions as well as social and housing justice. TND’s headquarters is in Chelsea, where it has operated since 1978. The organization was invited into Revere in 2010, and since 2018, we are also offering some of our services in Everett. For more information see www.theneighborhooddevelopers.org.

TND currently provides homes to 712 households, and we are growing. Our Resident Services team supports our residents to ensure the stability of their tenancies, maintain their overall health, improve their quality of life, and help them achieve their dreams. They connect our residents to each other and the broader community, provide direct support, where appropriate, and help them access services provided by TND and community partners. You can learn more about our approach here. In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with our residents in Chelsea, Revere, and Everett from at home, our office in Chelsea, and on-site in the beautiful buildings we have developed on a flexible work schedule that requires some evening and weekend work. We offer competitive compensation and good benefits.
