DIRECT HIRE | RESIDENTIAL AREA MANAGER, ROOFING | Phoenix, AZ
We have a new search for an experienced Roofing Professional to lead a team focused on delivering quality in residential roofing projects (mostly new construction).
- Salary: $100,000 – $120,000
- Annual Bonus Potential: 20%

Key Responsibilities: - Supervise a team comprising of 3-4 Superintendents, a Project Manager, and an Administrator.
- Schedule and manage team activities to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Monitor and assist Superintendents in their roles, providing training as needed.
- Organize, coordinate, and schedule various projects.
- Enhance the usage of the company’s Track Report tool.
- Develop a quality assurance program aimed at achieving 100% project completion.
- Identify and promptly resolve issues that arise.
- Conduct daily quality assurance checks.
- Ensure daily Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) are completed by the team.
- Foster a strong safety culture and adhere to company safety policies to maintain a safe work environment.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience: - Strong communication skills.
- Ability to think critically and respond quickly to inquiries.
- Proven problem-solving skills with a sense of ownership.
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist with all tasks.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in roofing.
- Acceptable driving record and valid auto insurance.
- Experience in construction; bilingual skills preferred.
