Job Summary

Responsibilities

Cleaning and preparing residential apartments for new move-ins (turns)

Maintaining cleanliness in common areas (lobbies, hallways, elevators, laundry rooms)

Ensuring exterior walkways and grounds are tidy and welcoming

Using professional cleaning supplies and tools safely and effectively

Communicating with the team to ensure high-quality, timely service

Qualifications

Previous cleaning experience (residential or commercial preferred)

Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

Ability to follow cleaning protocols and safety procedures

Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a supportive, mission-driven team

Excellent attention to detail

The ability to work on your feet all day, often lifting, twisting, and bending

The ability to work well independently and within a team
