As a Mitigation Project Manager at ServiceMaster, you’ll oversee the mitigation process—from the first damage assessment to preventing further harm—ensuring exceptional results. You’ll collaborate with homeowners, business clients, contractors, and insurance adjusters, driving mitigation projects to completion on time, within budget, and up to ServiceMaster’s unparalleled standards.     What you’ll be doing - Job Responsibilities:

    Overseeing residential + commercial mitigation projects from beginning to completion, including communication with in-house and outside parties involved in production aspects.

    Proactively seeking and pursuing leads for potential mitigation projects to generate new business.

    Creating a full schedule of services for our clients.

    Conducting job site visits and writing estimates as necessary.

    Using specified estimating software as required, Clerk of the Works + Xactimate, to job estimates.

    Utilizing all software programs necessary for job estimating + job management.

    Scheduling and communicating with a mix of in-house technicians and subcontractors.

    Maintaining constant and professional communication with customers.

    Providing excellent customer service and building relationships with insurance adjusters.

    Managing documentation with third-party administrators, insurance adjusters, and policyholders.

    Ensuring project profitability by managing costs and budgets effectively.

    Following established policies and standard operating procedures to ensure successful job completion.

    Obtaining signed Work Authorization forms and other necessary documentation to begin jobs.

    Collaborating with other production managers, job coordinators, and production teams to ensure high-quality service.

    Helping to identify, hire, and develop technicians.

    Completing billing-related duties as scheduled or assigned.

    Ensuring compliance with service level agreements and documentation requirements, facilitating feedback, and collecting required documents, photos, and CRM notes.

    Staying up to date with and meeting all service level agreements with ServiceMaster, third-party administrators, and insurance carriers.

    Properly logging information in Restore365 and other documentation services as necessary for jobs.

    Utilizing personal protective equipment and self-care to protect against biohazardous contaminant exposure.

    Participating in training seminars, completing, and maintaining required certifications.

    Performing all other duties as assigned.

    What we’re looking for - You’ll be a great fit if you:

    Are a great leader with strong organizational skills, business acumen, and adaptability.

    Possess excellent judgment and humility while managing competing responsibilities.

    Are proficient with computers, including email, MS Office, CRM software, and Xactimate or similar estimating software.

    Have experience running your own projects/jobs as a project manager or supervisor, preferably in the disaster restoration industry.

    Demonstrate a commitment to personal and professional growth through training and certification completion.

    What we require of you – Must-haves:

    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent project management experience (disaster restoration industry experience preferred, but not required).

    2-10+ years of experience in project management or supervisory roles.

    Ability to pass background and pre-employment drug screening.

    A valid Oregon Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

    Adherence to ServiceMaster’s Zero Tolerance policy and all company personnel policies.

    What you’re looking for - Benefits & Perks:

    Base Annual Salary: $50k - $60k, depending on experience.

    Impressive Monthly Bonus / Commission Structure – with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $5k-$30k+ annually

    401K Retirement Plan: Employer 3% contribution.
