    Riverside Construction is seeking a detail-driven Construction Estimator to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Estimating & Design Manager, leveraging your expertise in reading residential blueprints and estimating construction projects to develop accurate, comprehensive estimates for exceptional residential remodels.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain estimating databases by updating costs and templates regularly.
    • Prepare accurate estimates for materials, labor, and trade services based on preliminary designs and project options.
    • Create and update all necessary documentation and estimates for the sales and design teams to present to clients.
    • Obtain final quotes for materials and trade labor to support construction contracts.
    • Stay updated on residential building codes and determine when permits are required.
    • Complete and submit permit applications with the necessary documentation.
    • Review sold projects, update estimates for changes, and prepare plans for production and permitting.
    • Generate work orders for changes in selections or field conditions as needed.

    Education, Experience, and Skills Required

    • Experience: 2+ years in residential construction.
    • Construction Knowledge: Strong understanding of building materials, construction processes, and residential building codes.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite. JobTread experience strongly preferred. Chief Architect or other CAD software a plus.

    Compensation & Benefits

    • $55,000 - $65,000 annually
