Foreman/Supervisor Wadsworth. OH

Compensation: $35+/HR, Bonuses

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage residential construction projects
• Coordinate and supervise daily job site activities
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members
• Perform carpentry, flooring, and remodeling tasks as needed
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements:

• 5+ years of residential construction and management experience
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
