    This position is responsible for overseeing 3-4 high-end residential remodeling projects, managing subcontractors, and executing high-quality construction projects on time and on budget while ensuring delighted customers.

    Responsibilities:

    Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to project schedules and budgets.

    Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, and the internal team to ensure clear expectations and smooth project execution.

    Provide guidance, schedule, and manage the subcontractors, to ensure work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

    Utilize construction and carpentry experience to provide technical expertise and problem-solving skills throughout the project lifecycle.

    Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project schedules, to ensure accurate and timely record-keeping.

    Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards, taking appropriate corrective actions as necessary.

    Proactively identify and address potential project risks, challenges, and conflicts, working collaboratively to find effective solutions.

    Foster positive and professional relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service, addressing concerns promptly, and maintaining client satisfaction.

    Continuously improve processes and workflows to enhance project efficiency, effectiveness, and client experience.

    Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.

    Qualifications:

    +5 years of residential construction with demonstrated competence in carpentry skills.

    Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications.

    Familiarity with materials, methods, and building codes utilized in residential construction.

    Ability to take accountability for project outcomes

    Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage clients' expectations.

    Proven/excellent leadership, organization and team management abilities

    Ability to manage subcontractors and vendors.

    Ability to manage a budget and time schedule commitments.

    Excellent customer service skills and experience.

    Good command of the English language (speak, read, and write), and excellent communication skills

    A proactive approach to identifying and addressing project risks and conflicts

    Must be self-motivated and willing to follow a successful system.

    Professional attitude with a desire to deliver a high-quality result.

    Great team player

    Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project Management applications

    Continuous improvement mindset and ability to optimize processes and workflows

    Strong references are required.

    Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

    Salary and Benefits:

    Salary at $75,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience

    Health Insurance - 100% premium paid by the company and 70% of the deductible is also paid after the initial 30% is paid by a participant.

    Simple IRA - 3% company match
