    The Production Manager is ultimately responsible for the customer satisfaction, quality of work, and timely completion of booked claims. Assistant Production Manager, Field Production Supervisors and Communications Scheduler report to the Production Manager. The Production Manager recruits the initial and ongoing sub-contractors to meet the demand of changing sales volumes.

    After receiving the “hand-off” of a sold job, the Production Manager and their team schedules the project, orders the materials, contacts the homeowner, and remains the point person for all customer/production related issues. The Production Manager is in the office but also in the field when needed for problem solving or customer issues. The Production Manager will work on a traditional work schedule ensuring customer satisfaction with a “whatever it takes” mentality. Duties of the Production Manager range from verifying sales paperwork, ordering materials, scheduling and moving crews as necessary, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction through the Field Production Supervisors. Production Managers must be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have a sincere passion for customer service.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Project Management

    • Communication with sales team on issues / challenges / lead times

    • Customer Service including weekly communications with all customers

    • Hiring of crews and subcontractors and maintaining proper paperwork and insurance docs

    • Material Ordering and order follow up

    • Certificates of Completion for all projects signed off by homeowner

    • COGS goals – pricing for materials and labor

    • Conflict / issue / warranty resolution

    • Production and repair / punch list scheduling

    • Overall QC of all jobs and periodic spot checks

    • Diligent, consistent customer follow-up & follow-through documented in CRM

    • Office warehouse cleanliness and organization

    • Roofing, window and siding measurements

    • Jobsite change orders

    • Commitment to personal and team goals

    • Responsible for EOS KPI’s and assignments

    • Effective communicator

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • History of accomplishment and promotion

    • 5 years minimum in roofing / siding / construction industry production related role

    • $10 million in residential construction produced per year

    • Strong leadership skills

    • Coachable

    • Team player

    • Organized
