The Production Manager recruits the initial and ongoing sub-contractors to meet the demand of changing sales volumes.

The Production Manager is in the office but also in the field when needed for problem solving or customer issues. The Production Manager will work on a traditional work schedule ensuring customer satisfaction with a “whatever it takes” mentality.
