Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing high-end residential remodeling projects from conception to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients, architects, and designers to understand project scope, objectives, and design intent

Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation

Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and address any issues

Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns

Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders

Ensure compliance with all building codes and safety regulations

Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in residential construction, with a focus on high-end remodeling

Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
