    Job Overview

    The Project Manager (PM) at JRP Design & Remodel is responsible for the successful execution of residential construction projects. This role involves day-to-day site management, ensuring quality control, schedule adherence, and effective coordination among trades. The PM ensures projects meet budget, timeline, and client expectations, maintaining the company’s reputation for excellence. The PM is responsible for producing an annual minimum $4.5MM in gross receipts.

    Key Responsibilities

    Project Execution & Oversight

    • Know and understand the Scope of Work and Plan for each assigned project.
    • Ensure all trades adhere to the Scope of Work and Plans.
    • Supervise and manage on-site operations to ensure construction quality, safety, and efficiency.
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating field personnel and subcontractors.
    • Ensure all inspections are passed in compliance with local codes and JRP standards.
    • Manage change orders start to finish and resolve construction-related conflicts promptly.
    • Monitor project budgets and review Estimates v. Actuals to ensure profitability.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
    • Monitor and follow up with the Purchasing team to ensure timely ordering and delivery of materials and products.
    • Attend pre-construction meetings and subcontractor job walks as needed/requested.

    Client & Team Communication

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
    • Advise management on issues related to cost, schedule, quality control and safety.
    • Provide feedback on Trade Contractor performance.
    • Liaise with designers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless workflow.
    • Document progress, issues, and resolutions through BuilderTrend software.

    Jobsite Supervision & Quality Control

    • Conduct site inspections to ensure all work meets JRP standards.
    • Verify subcontractor attendance, site security, and adherence to safety regulations.
    • Oversee material deliveries and equipment management.

    Project Closeout & Documentation

    • Manage and comply with all Project Closeout Procedures.
    • Ensure all final inspections are passed and documented.
    • Oversee the final punch list completion, guaranteeing client satisfaction.
    • Manage project-related administrative tasks, including labor tracking and payment collection.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • 5+ years of experience in residential remodeling.
    • 3+ years of supervisory/managerial experience.
    • Proficiency in BuilderTrend construction management software and Microsoft Office.
    • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

    Salary & Compensation

    • $90K- $150K DOE
    • Simple IRA with employer match
