    Summary of Responsibilities

    As a Project Manager, you will take charge of overseeing our remodeling projects, ensuring they run smoothly from start to finish. This hands-on role involves scheduling, coordinating, and leading a talented team that includes trade partners, team leads, skilled carpenters, and apprentices. Throughout these projects you will be responsible for advocating for both the client and the business by overseeing relationships, time management, project budgets, and team leadership. With a focus on delivering exceptional craftsmanship and fostering a positive work culture, this role offers an exciting opportunity to inspire a high-performing team while shaping outstanding results.

    Key Responsibilities & Skills:

    • Project Management: Create and manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Construction Knowledge:Ensure adherence to building codes, safety standards, and best practices.
    • Leadership: Lead and coordinate teams, communicate effectively, and resolve issues.
    • Client Relationship Management:Build strong client relationships and manage expectations.
    • Technical Skills: Interpret blueprints, use project management software, and maintain quality control.
    • Time and Financial Management:Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and track expenses.
    • Recruitment: Collaborate with the Production Manager to recruit, hire, and train team members and trade partners.

    Education, Experience, and Skills Required

    • 3+ years of carpentry or other construction trade experience
    • 3+ years of Project Management experience preferred
    • Experience with Contract management and risk mitigation strategies is preferred

    Compensation & Benefits

    • $60,000 - $70,000 annually
