    Summary of Responsibilities:

    As a Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of construction projects, including budgets, timelines, and quality control, ensuring compliance with building codes and industry standards while maintaining client satisfaction. You will collaborate in the supervision of Lead Carpenters, manage trade partners, and coordinate daily project schedules. Your role includes handling client communications, delivering weekly updates, and conducting pre- and post-construction activities to maintain high standards and foster team success.

    Key Functions:

    • Manage construction projects, including budgets, schedules, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
    • Oversee the Pre-Construction phase: review documentation, develop project plans, and prepare for client meetings.
    • Collaborate with the Production Manager, Field Team, and trade partners to meet goals, standards, and deadlines.
    • Document daily logs, progress pictures, schedule updates, and to do’s using Builder Trend software.
    • Conduct regular jobsite visits to provide positive customer service and to monitor safety, quality, and cleanliness.
    • Provide daily project updates to the Production Manager.
    • Resolve project delays by finding effective solutions.
    • Assist in training and developing Carpenters and Apprentices.
    • Participate in project close-out review and process improvement.

    Education, Experience, and Skills Required:

    • 8–10 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role.
    • 8+ years of residential construction experience as a Carpenter.
    • Proficient in Builder Trend or similar project management software.
    • Skilled in Microsoft Office tools and technologies.
    • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
    • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
