We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee multiple residential projects throughout Louisiana (statewide) and East Texas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction, the ability to manage multiple job sites, and the leadership skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operations for multiple single-family residential projects.
- Ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and client expectations.
- Supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers to ensure quality workmanship.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and company policies.
- Work closely with project managers, estimators, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain detailed records, including daily progress reports, schedules, and material logs.
- Address and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
- Ensure adherence to REO, investor, and insurance company specifications.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction, preferably with SFR, REO, or insurance-related projects.
- Strong knowledge of residential building codes, construction processes, and materials.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience working with investors, banks, and insurance adjusters is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and documents.
- Proficiency in construction management software is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout Louisiana and East Texas.
