    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee multiple residential projects throughout Louisiana (statewide) and East Texas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction, the ability to manage multiple job sites, and the leadership skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our high-quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee and manage daily operations for multiple single-family residential projects.
    • Ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and client expectations.
    • Supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers to ensure quality workmanship.
    • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and company policies.
    • Work closely with project managers, estimators, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
    • Maintain detailed records, including daily progress reports, schedules, and material logs.
    • Address and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
    • Ensure adherence to REO, investor, and insurance company specifications.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction, preferably with SFR, REO, or insurance-related projects.
    • Strong knowledge of residential building codes, construction processes, and materials.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams efficiently.
    • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
    • Experience working with investors, banks, and insurance adjusters is a plus.
    • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and documents.
    • Proficiency in construction management software is preferred.
    • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout Louisiana and East Texas.
