We are seeking a knowledgeable and organized residential construction superintendent to join our fast growing residential construction team. This role is crucial in overseeing the day-to-day operations of home building projects, ensuring that each phase of the construction process meets quality standards, stays on schedule, and aligns with budget constraints. The superintendent will work closely with subcontractors, vendors, and sales consultants to coordinate activities, maintain efficient workflows, and promptly address any challenges on site. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage residential construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and deadlines. • Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and labor crews, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards. • Monitor project timelines and budgets, proactively identifying potential delays or cost overruns and implementing corrective measures as necessary. • Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality, resolve issues, and maintain a clean and organized work environment. • Communicate project status updates to clients, and other stakeholders, maintaining transparency and ensuring alignment with project expectations. Qualifications: • Superb leadership capability, organizational skills, time-management abilities, and communication skills • Familiarity with construction project management software is highly valued • 1+ years of experience as a construction project manager • Knowledge of the construction industry and the entire building process, including building permits, blueprints, building codes, construction equipment, material resources, construction methods, and project management principles Compensation: $80,000 - $85,000
