    Cactus Valley Electrical is searching for a Lead technician interested in helping us take the next step and grow into several more locations across the US. We are partnered up with several construction companies in several states and have a great opportunity to grow and expand the next few years.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide strategic leadership and direction for all aspects of the solar and electric company.

    • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.

    • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.

    • Lead and manage a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients, partners, and regulatory agencies.

    • Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations, driving continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.

    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

    • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

    Qualifications:

    1. Education & Training

    High School Diploma or GED (required)

    Electrician Apprenticeship (typically 4-5 years)

    Technical or Trade School Training (optional but beneficial)

    1. Licensing & Certifications

    OSHA Safety Certifications (e.g., OSHA 10 or OSHA 30)

    NFPA 70E Certification

    CPR & First Aid Certification

    1. Experience

    5+ years of experience as a residential electrician

    Experience leading a team or training apprentices

    Familiarity with local electrical codes and regulations

    1. Technical Skills

    Reading blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams

    Installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems

    Troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical issues

    Working with electrical panels, breakers, and wiring systems

    Knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC)

    1. Soft Skills & Leadership

    Strong communication and teamwork skills

    Ability to manage and train apprentices/journeyman electricians

    Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

    Project management and organizational abilities
