What You'll Be Doing:

Represent our company as the face of the brand in neighborhoods throughout Portland

Knock on doors, generate interest, and provide on-site estimates for residential and commercial power washing services

Meet with prospective clients, follow up on leads, and close deals

90% of your time will be spent in the field doing estimates and building relationships

10% of your time will be spent on training, meetings, and team building

What We’re Looking For:

1+ year of outside sales experience

A natural people-person with strong communication and relationship-building skills

Motivated, self-starter with a drive to succeed

Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule

Willing to go door-to-door, rain or shine, with a positive and confident attitude

Experience in the power washing or home service industry is a plus, but not required

College degree in Business or related field is a plus, but not required

Ability to pass background check and mandatory drug testing.
