Job Description: Join our dynamic team as a Full Time Residential HVAC Sales Representative, where you'll be a key player in driving our business forward.
This is a commission-based opportunity.
This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. We are not your everyday HVAC company, we truly are passionate about helping our customers and making them feel valued and heard.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments of customers' HVAC needs and recommend suitable products and services.
Generate leads through proactive outreach, networking, and collaboration with marketing initiatives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with residential customers, ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Provide accurate and detailed quotes, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
Stay informed about industry trends, products, and competitor offerings to effectively position our services in the market.
Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure seamless execution of customer commitments.
Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism.
Recommended Qualifications:
Proven experience in residential HVAC sales.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Computer/software skills to effectively produce proposals, job costing, takeoffs, etc.
Follow up when appropriate with preventive maintenance for the client.
Ability to work the schedule required as the job demands and customers require
Follow up on all in-house generated leads for retrofit projects, developing the relationship with the client.
