Looking for an individual with experience in property maintenance and groundskeeping. You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks for a 90 space mobile home park in Corona. This is a hands-on position responsible for the overall upkeep of the property including maintenance, repairs and groundskeeping. Housing available after 90 days. Must have a valid California driver's license and personal automobile insurance. Required to receive Gas certification after 90 days and replace gas, electrical and water meters. Thursday - Monday 8am - 4pm (one hour lunch break) On call availability required $450 towards Health and dental benefits included after 60 days If you are interested in employment at Countrywood Estates, please submit a resume.
