CertaPro Painters of Orlando/Kissimmee is a locally owned franchise. We complete interior and exterior residential and commercial painting in the areas of Lake Nona, Kissimmee and St Cloud. Job Requirements

2+ year degree in related field (preferred)

Prior sales experience as in-home sales within the construction or painting industry (preferred)

Exceptional communication & relationship building skills

High attention to detail

Build customer relationships by focusing on implementing CertaPro Painters proven processes.

Meet with customers in person or remotely to provide detailed, customized proposals based on their needs.

Ensure the brand has a local presence through tactics such as lawn signs, door hangers, home shows, and other community events.

Participation in Regional or National On-Going Training Conferences/ Meetings.

Provide support to the production team and crews & marketing initiatives

Complete administrative items needed to set up the crew and team for success on every project

Strong work ethic

Problem solving skills

Previous sales and/or service industry experience preferred but not required

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $86,000.00 per year
