Job Title: Residential Plumber/Journeyman Plumber

Locations: Redmond, Sammamish, Kirkland, and Woodinville areas. These are high-end homes.

Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in residential settings.

Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently.

Work with blueprints, electrical schematics, and job specifications to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Communicate effectively with clients to explain issues, provide accurate solutions, and present repair or installation options.

Conduct safety inspections and ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.

Collaborate with other team members to achieve team goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements:

WA State license: PL-01 (Journeyman Plumber) preferred, but PL-02 (Residential Plumber) with experience will be considered.

Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in residential plumbing, depending on the license held.
