Responsibilities: • Oversees all on-site operations and maintains vendor relationships to make certain all aspects of the property are running smoothly • Create budgets, collect rent, pay bills and perform other duties to make certain financial objects are being met • Establish rates by researching local market and calculating costs so pricing is accurate and fair • Help create and organize marketing initiatives that generate excitement and new qualified leads/leases • Contract with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting and refunding security deposits to facilitate smooth move-in and move-out processes Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Enjoys meeting people and takes pride in providing excellent customer service • Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills • 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience preferred • Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office • Flexibility in schedule to include working both evenings and weekends Compensation: $65,000 at plan commission
