The Property Manager is responsible for maintaining property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises. We are looking for a Property Manager to be responsible for the direct management oversight of assigned commercial/residential properties. Responsibilities: • Create budgets, collect rent, pay bills and perform other duties to make certain financial objects are being met • Contract with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting and refunding security deposits to facilitate smooth move-in and move-out processes • Show units and generate excitement from prospective tenants to ensure all units are leased in a timely manner • Oversees all on-site operations and maintains vendor relationships to make certain all aspects of the property are running smoothly • Research local rental rates and calculate costs so pricing is in line with current market conditions Qualifications: • Able and willing to work both evenings and weekends • Enjoys meeting people and takes pride in providing excellent customer service • High School Diploma or GED required • Basic understanding of MS Office • Customer service or real estate sales background preferred Compensation: $60,000-$80,000 a year
