Responsibilities: • Coordinates and oversees on-site operations including budget implementation, vendor relationships, contractor workmanship, rent collections, accounts payable, etc. to ensure smooth operations of the property • Show units and generate excitement from prospective tenants to ensure all units are leased in a timely manner • Establishes rental rate by surveying local rental rates and calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals to ensure fair and competitive pricing • Help create and organize marketing initiatives that generate excitement and new qualified leads/leases • Coordinate repairs and renovations for tenants in a timely manner and to their satisfaction Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Enjoys meeting people and takes pride in providing excellent customer service • Some weekend and evening hours required • 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience preferred • B.A. preferred, High School Diploma required • Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills Compensation: $100,000+ annually
