Residential Real Estate Attorney

A Manhattan-based law firm seeks a Residential Real Estate Attorney to join its closing department, handling co-op, condo, townhouse, and single-family home transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage in-person and remote closings.
• Review legal and bank documents, including CEMAs.
• Handle title clearance, coop loan payoffs, and escrow agreements.
• Provide clear explanations and responsive client service.

Qualifications:

• NYC real estate experience as a transactional attorney.
• Strong knowledge of co-ops, condos, and CEMAs.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
