Responsibilities: • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and listing agents to ensure smooth real estate transactions • Organize property viewings, lead home tours, and engage in open houses for potential buyers • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to evaluate their interest and determine their home preferences • Compile various paperwork such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to conclude sales • Offer crucial details to potential home buyers about the local housing market • Abide by the team's strategic blueprint • Promptly schedule buyer appointments • Effectively follow up with leads • Conduct consultations in an efficient manner • Ensure all required documentation is signed in compliance with BRE regulations • Successfully finalize sales transactions • Master the utilization of CRM systems and databases Qualifications: • Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license allowing for car travel • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities are a must • Understanding of the local real estate market and current trends is essential • A valid real estate license is a mandatory requirement • Outstanding communication skills are crucial Compensation: $85,000 - $175,000 yearly
