    Construction & Manufacturing Industry We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Sales Representative with a background in construction sales to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for driving sales of Northstar's innovative FRP residential building systems to developers, investors, architects, and high-net-worth clients across key residential markets (Coastal Luxury, Mid-Luxury, Renovations, Pools, Land Entitlement). This is not a traditional sales role — we're looking for a relationship builder who can communicate the value of cutting-edge materials and a faster, more efficient construction model. Location: Bonita Springs, FL Company: Northstar Technologies Group (Northstar Homes) Reports To: Residential Sales Manager Compensation: Base Salary + Commission Status: Full-Time (Office-Based) Responsibilities: • **Prospect & Develop New Business: **Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, referrals, outbound outreach, and participation in industry events. • **Client Consultation & Education: **Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients. Conduct discovery calls and in-person meetings to understand project goals and educate clients on Northstar’s FRP system and design-build approach. • **Sales Presentations & Proposals: **Deliver compelling presentations and customized proposals to investors, developers, and homeowners. Coordinate with design and estimating teams to generate accurate budgets and timelines. • Project Coordination: Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams (design, engineering, permitting, and construction) to ensure a smooth transition from sale to preconstruction. • Market Intelligence: Stay up to date on industry trends, local development activity, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to better position Northstar as the preferred building solution. • **CRM & Pipeline Management: ** Maintain accurate records of all sales activity, leads, and opportunities using our CRM system. Regularly report on pipeline status and sales goals. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in residential construction sales, real estate development, or building systems • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a consultative selling environment • Deep understanding of the residential construction process, permitting, and builder-developer dynamics • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms • High level of professionalism, self-motivation, and follow-through • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and basic construction software (Procore, Buildertrend, etc., a plus) • Knowledge of or willingness to learn FRP materials and prefab/modular construction models Preferred Experience: • Previous work with high-end or custom homebuilders, renovation projects, or luxury real estate clients • Background working with architects, developers, or entitlement processes • Experience selling in coastal or disaster-prone regions with a focus on resilience and energy efficiency What We Offer: • Competitive compensation package with upside commission potential • Opportunity to grow within a fast-scaling, mission-driven company • Access to industry-leading technology and support systems • The chance to shape the future of residential construction through sustainable innovation Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000 yearly
