Residential Sales Estimator Primary Purpose The purpose of the Residential Sales Estimator position is to complete in-home estimates with customers where you will use a consultative approach to uncover the details of their project and identify the best solutions for their needs. Responsibilities: • Execute sales and estimating processes from company provided leads. • Build key relationships with like businesses and realtors. • Complete painting estimates for residential and small to medium sized commercial projects. • Build proposals and make compelling presentations to customers. • Meet productivity standards. • Manage a sales pipeline. • Effectively follow up on all estimates, inquiries, complaints and other communication. • Keep appointments with customers. • Attend team meetings and training sessions. Qualifications: • 1-2 years of sales experience. • Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of Military experience. • Ability to use basic business technology and customer relationship management software. • Possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to prioritize and work independently, must be a self-starter. Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 yearly
