We currently have a number of team-oriented opportunities that share similar responsibilities and requirements. All opportunities exist within our residential scheduling department which is responsible for the coordination and execution of our customers' glass projects including shower doors, railings, mirrors, etc. Apply or contact us to learn more. Job Hours are typically 7-4 M-F The job location is 108 Kisow Dr 15205 Responsibilities: • Communicate with homeowners and project managers via phone and email to coordinate measurements, installations, service calls, and deliveries. • Work closely with Job Managers and Assembly Managers in order to receive scheduling constraints. • Utilize the most effective geographical path scheduling techniques to minimize travel time. • Proactively communicate with customers about delays or issues. • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that we deliver a great project experience. • Assist with other daily Production Department tasks. • Care. Qualifications: • Must have excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. • Demonstrated experience prioritizing and identifying urgent issues. • Must enjoy making and receiving frequent phone calls. • Must be adept at trip planning and geographical awareness. • Must have a desire to be successful within a team-oriented environment. • Demonstrated superior attention to detail. • Construction industry experience is preferred but not required. • Must be comfortable with juggling priorities, multi-tasking, and maintaining awareness of many simultaneous jobs/projects.
