    Position Overview:

    We seek a passionately driven and experienced Residential Service Coach to join our growing team. In this vital role, you will mentor, train, and guide our technicians, enhancing their skills, improving service delivery, and ensuring consistently high customer satisfaction. Your leadership will be instrumental in promoting best practices, driving team performance, and cultivating a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop & Deliver Training: Design and implement comprehensive training programs covering technical skills, customer service excellence, safety protocols, and company procedures.

    On-the-Job Coaching: Conduct regular ride-alongs and on-site coaching, providing real-time feedback and support to technicians during service calls. Observe performance, identify areas for improvement, and offer constructive guidance.

    Performance Enhancement: Evaluate technician performance, provide regular feedback, and develop individualized development plans to foster professional growth. Track progress and celebrate successes.

    Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with management to identify training needs and develop targeted programs. Foster open communication and collaboration within the team.

    Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in plumbing & HVAC technology, and evolving customer expectations to ensure training content remains relevant and impactful.

    Team Building: Cultivate a positive and supportive team environment, encouraging collaboration, knowledge sharing, and mutual respect.

    Onboarding & Mentorship: Onboard new employees, providing initial training and ongoing mentorship to set them up for success.

    Customer Focus: Monitor customer feedback and service quality metrics. Use this data to inform training adjustments and drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.

    Professional Development: Facilitate workshops, seminars, and certification programs to support the ongoing professional development of our technicians.

    Performance Management: Collaborate with technicians to set performance goals, track progress, and provide regular performance reviews.

    Qualifications:

    A high school diploma or equivalent is strongly preferred. Home services certifications or licenses are also highly desirable.

    Experience in residential service, with an understanding of plumbing & HVAC systems, diagnostics, and repairs is a plus

    Prior coaching, mentoring, or supervisory experience in the home services industry is highly desirable.

    Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with a passion for teaching and developing others.

    Strong problem-solving abilities, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Proficiency in using technology for training, communication, and reporting.

    Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
