Responsibilities: • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for exterior construction projects, including roofing, siding, windows, doors, decks and other exterior services. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry partners. • Conduct site visits and assessments. • Prepare and present detailed proposals and contracts to clients. • Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve or exceed sales targets. • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure client expectations are met and projects are completed on time and within budget. • Participate in trade shows, networking events, and other marketing activities to promote company services. Qualifications: • Preferred experience in sales, preferably in the construction or exterior services industry. • Strong understanding of exterior construction processes, materials, and techniques. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. (Be a go getter) • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. • You define your own success. • Being able to take no and continue going. Compensation: $60,000 - $200,000
