A finance company is seeking a Residual Financial Analyst to join their finance team in Brooklyn, NY. This is a key role in analyzing and processing residual payments to agents who bring in commission-based accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong finance background, experience working with financial data, and a keen eye for accuracy in payment processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and process residual payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Compile and review monthly commissions, profit-sharing reports, and accruals.
• Validate and reconcile residual data to identify and resolve inconsistencies.
• Generate detailed financial reports for internal stakeholders.
• Maintain a database of payment records and financial transactions.

Qualifications:

• Finance background (Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred).
• Experience in financial analysis (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Proficiency in financial software and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of responsibilities.
