    OVERVIEW OF ROLE: The Bistro 2two2 Server will know the finest details of our menu and will enjoy sharing their expertise with our guests. When they dine with us, your warm greeting, flawless table settings, service, and friendly demeanor will not go unnoticed providing guests with a dining experience that will be remembered long after their stay. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Responsibilities: DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Welcome guests, promptly attend to tables and serve food and beverages. • Make recommendations and share menu knowledge. • Check-in with guests to ensure satisfaction. • Clean tables, complete closing duties, and re-stock tableware and other supplies. • Other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: ESSENTIAL SKILLS: • Upbeat and outgoing individual. • Great conversational skills. • Able to work positively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong teamwork skills. • Customer service orientated ensures each guest has an excellent experience. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: • At least one (1) year of restaurant serving experience, is preferred. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: • Ability to move and lift up to twenty (20) pounds. • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Compensation: $2.83 per hour, to start plus tips
